Why should you stop working for them?  Why should you be in business for yourself?  By the way, who are "Them"?  You know who they are, they are the people you spend 8 to 12 hours with each day .  Does your company really care for you?  They will lay you off if they can save a dollar.  Look what's happening to the State Employees in California and the large banking institutions.  They are about to change a few California State employers  into minimum wage earners. Our fellow workers at the banking institutions are getting laid off daily.

What Broke My Heart

Seeing people in suits carrying their belongings in boxes broke my heart.  These people had no idea that "They" were planning on folding the business.  These bright employees deserve better. These employees deserve to be in control of their financial destiny, drop their commuting time to 5 minutes, and to be able to stay away from greedy sharks on a daily basis.  These employees deserve to be able to take control and be in charge of their lives by having their own business. So do you!  Never let a company determine if you can take care of your family again!

Lets Face It

Your company tells you  when you need to wake up, when to eat, and when you can go home to enjoy your life.  They even tell you what you are worth and what you can afford to buy. They might even tell you what to wear.  To be honest, that's as bad as someone in the military.  We won't even talk about how much you're paying at the gas pump and for taxes each month. Now do you get the picture of how much control they have over you?

Why spend so many hours working for someone else and making them wealthy?.  Did you realize that's what you're doing?  Whoever is in charge has already adopted the "Be in business for yourself" motto.  They use your energy to make profit every single day of your life.  Why not be in business for yourself?

You realize there are people losing homes, jobs, and families daily.  Of course you do.   Many of these people wish they had thought of other alternatives before they were devastated.  Which is scary? Putting your hopes and dreams into a company or finding a business that may work for you?

Maybe these unfortunate people were too scared to try something on their own or maybe they were never exposed to other options.  Maybe they didn't have the support they needed to venture off as an entrepreneur.  Well, I know of many sources that will coach you to success as an entrepreneur.

Some people are meant to follow the traditional path of working for 40 years, working more than one job, saving what they can, then pinching pennies in their retirement years. Heck, by that time they're exhausted!  That doesn't sound like someone that could enjoy their Golden Years.   Why work so hard to become poor?  Why not retire younger with a positive monthly cash flow?

The traditional path isn't a healthy lifestyle.  What's the norm and tradition isn't suitable any longer!  Especially in our changing times. Will Social Security be around when you retire? Sure today you have a job today (maybe you don't), but what happens if they aren't profitting and need to make cuts in spending?   Be in business for yourself.  Stop working for them and find a solution for your family.

 People, wake up!

It's 2008 and things are changing in our work force and our economy faster than you could sneeze. We're headed for some rocky uncertain times as we approach 2009.  You have to do something diffierent to get better results.  You need alternatives to survive and this site will give you some options.

There are actually people that have turned their hobby, passion, and expertise into a business.   There's no particular age group.  There are students, retirees, professionals, and everyday people that have adopted the "Stop Working For Them" attitude.  What do they do?  They figured out how to be in business for themselves with what they love.  These people committed themselves to having something better.  

They found the magic solution.  This is not a get rich scheme.  This is a slow way to make a everlasting income stream.  These people are making money doing what they love.  How did they feel prior to going in business for themselves?  How do they feel now that they no longer work for someone else?  How would you feel to not ever have to punch a clock again?

Internet busnesses are thriving.  The brick and mortar store is almost a thing of the past.  People shop online to find bargins and they search online for their interests.  Find out what their interests are, then sell it to them.  Show them that you can find what they are looking for. Guess what?   They are looking for the same things that you are interested in.  Your hobbies, expertise, and interests is what sells.  This method will even help an existing business flourish. There's no reason why a person wouldn't be willing to try to find out how to be in business for themselves.  Now is the time to make mad money and put it in a different currency. We don't know how long the American Dollar will be around (upcoming Amero), so it's time to get busy getting a business and investing in Gold.  I don't mind having another income stream just so I can invest in Gold.  If you think investing in Gold is hard, it's not.  There are many places online where you can safely invest in Gold.  All I know is, time is of the essence and many will be left behind.

You probably found this website from my business card, an online directory, an email or from the decal on my car. Let me introduce myself.  I go by Jay and I'm a strong advocate for empowering others so that they can be in business for themselves.  No clock.  No boss.  This front page hold very solid solutions.  

My Background:

The past jobs I've had have been interesting.  I knew it was a matter of time that I was going to have to find a way to stop working for them.  In the military, we were held to the highest of standards and there was a since of camaraderie.  I didn't feel this way in the civilian sector.  Let me share with you why I came to my conclusion:

--  I've had bosses yell and embarass my coworkers and I.  One guy used to get yelled at, turn red, and shake all over. This is no lie!  I thought he was going to have a heart attack! This office had an extremely high turnover.

 --  I've had bosses consistently inform our sales team at 3:30 pm on Fridays that we had to work on Saturday at 8 am with little or no warning.  Then the bosses would laugh and tell us that they wouldn't be there with us.  They would tell us how they were going to enjoy their weekend and how sorry they were that they could not be reached until Monday. These bosses were eventually fired for mismanagement of resources.  

 --  I've worked in three jobs where there was mold in the work facility and everyone occasionlly would come down with broncitis. One company broke their lease and moved from the toxic work environment so that customers and the work force wouldn't be subjected to toxins (black mold).  At least I can say this company did everything they could before taking such a drastic move.  I treasure this company out of all of the companies I've worked with.
